Perfect Pie Dough

Ingredients include 2 1/2 cups of flour, two sticks of unsalted butter and 1/4 cup of water. First step is measuring out our flour and sift our flour, This allows the flour to be fluffy. Second step is to cut our butter into cubes and add to the flour toss the cubes in the flour to coat them. Then we will pinch all the buttercubes with your to break them into smaller chunks that are not too small. Third step would be to add our water only a little bit at a time as we knead the dough we do for about 5 min. Then we Put it in fridge for 24 hours so the gluten can develop. The next day let the dough get to room temp then roll fill bake!
